Overview
This qualification is designed as a pre- practitioner training, but it could also lead to employment in a related field.
Entry requirements
You must have completed counselling skills training, for example a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CPCAB or equivalent of at least 90 hours). If you are not an existing WSCT Candidate, you will be asked to provide a reference of suitability from an existing tutor, and your level 2 certificate.

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma In Therapeutic Counselling (BACP Approved practitioner training)
How will the course be delivered?
This course will be delivered via live tutored classes on Zoom. Therefore, a good internet connection and computer equipment is essential to take part fully in this course.

This qualification is for you if you have already acquired a recognised qualification in counselling skills and want to:
- take the next step in training to become a counsellor
- learn more about counselling theory, ethics and mental health
- be prepared for professional counselling training
Cost of the course
The total cost of the course is £1,125, which includes £930 course fee and £195 CPCAB student registration fee.
Payment Options
You may choose one of the following options:
1. Full Payment
The full fee of £1,125 can be paid in advance to secure your place.
2. Instalment Plan
A £195 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance is payable in 6 monthly instalments of £155, to be paid via standing order on the 1st of each month.
Instalment Schedule
Weekend Course: Payments due 1st September, October, November, December, January, and February.
Monday Term Time Course: Payments due 1st October, November, December, January, February, and March.
